Fleurae floral design and bouquet is absolutely the best of the floral industry. Their whimsical style and freshest cuts of local Washington seasonal flowers are a huge leap above anything I have ever seen. We did the Mother's day gift set with floral design and box including chocolate and an amazing coconut candle. Mom was blown away! Peonies are her absolute favorite flower and it came packed with these beauties. Mom is a master gardener, so she can be hard to impress. She sent pictures everyday as they opened and even changed colors! She said it was the most beautiful floral arrangement she has ever received!!! She uses a candle warmer so she doesn't have the smoke around, the coconut candle warmed her soul, she's a vegan and candle quality is something she notices. Even the vase was unique and beautiful. I think Dad ate the chocolates so there was something for everyone. The box itself came beautifully wrapped (she sent pictures of that as well) it had an elegant straw flower on top. Amber was professional, prompt, and kind in the email exchange. I enjoyed completing the form; I appreciated the intentionality of the questions to curate a personalized arrangement. The friend that received the flowers said it was a lovely arrangement! The delivery was on time, even though they were busy. The invoice was straightforward and simple to complete. If your style is organic and whimsical, this is the place for you!

The best florist! Always captures the essence of my request and creates the most beautiful arrangement. Worth every penny. Have ordered several times and never disappointed, will be back for more. Signed, one happy customer!

Very cute shop, but the staff is not very friendly. After spending years in the customer service business, I don't understand why it is so difficult to greet someone when they come through the door. It's the easiest thing to do and makes the customer feel welcome. I've given them several tries, and every single time I have been completely ignored. My 80-year-old father came with me one day and when we left, he actually mentioned how unfriendly the staff was. It's a very small space and we were the only customers there and not one word was exchanged between us and the person behind the counter. It's really too bad because I would like to give them my business, but not when I feel as though they don't want it.
